My name Alaka’i was given to me by Pali Ahue when I needed a radio name, it has served me well. Morning Goddess was given to me by my radio friend, Glenn Vares, when we worked with our brother station.
I REMEMBER THE TIME BECAUSE MY MOM USED TO CHASE ME AROUND THE HOUSE TO GIVE ME MY BIRTHDAY LOVE TAPS AFTER DINNER
Schools attended (Elementary-college):MY FIRST SCHOOL WAS MOTHER GOOSE NURSERY, MY OHANA MOVED TO MAUI AND I ENTERED MAUI BAPTIST PRE SCHOOL, WHICH LATER BECAME DORIS TODD MEMORIAL CHRISTIAN DAY SCHOOL, I WENT TO O’AHU FOR THE 7TH GRADE, KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS AND GRADUATED IN 1974, I HAVE AN ASSOCIATES IN POLICE SCIENCE FROM THE HAWAII COMMUNITY COLLEGE, AND 106 CREDITS TOWARDS A SOCIOLOGY DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII AT HILO….YOU WOULD THINK I WOULD HAVE FINISHED
